Yoga Virtuoso with Lyndon was produced using the Red Scarlet-X with Mysterium Sensor equipped with Leica R lenses.
The 4K Raw video was rendered in Apple Final Cut Pro 7 in order to create the final iPad/iPhone app. Because the captured video was four times larger than the final HD, it became possible to re-frame the video and perform subtle movements in post production which further accentuated the point-of-view presented and the detail displayed in the final app. Ordinarily this would involve zooming, tracking and dolly shots. However in the case of Yoga Virtuoso these post production techniques were used. All of the moving pictures and still images on the app were sourced from the 4K Ultra High Definition.
